Janica Dieujuste, in her role as Electrical Engineering Intern, and Joe Ukeiley, as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, have started summer internships at IC2. IC2 is excited to bring these bright engineering students on board and looks forward to both advancing their professional experience and expanding our capabilities.
Janica is a current student at the University of Florida studying electrical engineering. Janica has spent a lot of her time as a peer mentor advising underclassmen and high school students to help guide their choices in college, course selection, and career opportunities. Janica will be working on electrical designs for upcoming product lines, as well as processing sensor calibrations and analyzing associated data.
Joe is a current mechanical engineering student at Purdue University where he is involved as a team lead in the Purdue Lunabotics Design Team for the NASA Robotic Mining Competition. As the drivetrain team lead, Joe oversaw the design and manufacturing of the chassis and drive system for their competition rover. Joe mentored new students joining this team, a continuation of a series of leadership and mentorship roles he has partaken in his young career. Joe’s focus at IC2 will be the design of electronics enclosures and test / calibration equipment for IC2 sensor systems.
Welcome to the Team!
