Please join IC2 in welcoming Phil Snarr to our team! Phil has developed extensive skills in electronics troubleshooting, repair, and safety protocols throughout his 20+ year career in the U.S. Navy; retiring as Chief Warrant Officer 4 in 2013. Mr. Snarr followed up his service in the Navy by continuing his education at Santa Fe College and then at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
During his tenure in the U.S. Navy, Phil served in roles including Chief Engineer, Miniature/Microminiature Repair Technician, and Naval Occupational Safety and Health Inspector / Electrical Inspector. Mr. Snarr’s responsibilities included training and management of personnel in engineering departments, maintenance and administration of the engineering plant, and troubleshooting of electronics and cable assemblies.
His experiences from these roles will expand IC2’s internal manufacturing capabilities, quality assurance, and safety protocols. Through IC2’s R&D efforts, we are constantly churning through prototype and production PCB assemblies to meet our customers’ needs. Phil’s expertise positively impacts our ability to manufacture our sensors and circuits, allowing for higher quality products.
Phil has already shown his highly proficient skill set and technical knowledge in his few weeks at IC2 and we are excited to have him aboard! Let the journey begin.
